Pranav Bright Bars Pvt Ltd is a Mumbai-based manufacturer and stockist of bright steel bars. We convert hot rolled bars and wire rod into precision bright bars through descaling, cold drawing, heat treatment, straightening and cutting.
Our manufacturing unit at Talasari (Amgaon), near Vapi, and our processing centre at Kalamboli Steel Market, Navi Mumbai, are backed by a stock godown at Darukhana — so most common sizes and grades can be dispatched quickly from ready stock.

How a bright bar is made
Every bar passes through the same controlled sequence in our own units, from hot rolled input to a clean, accurate, ready-to-machine bar.
Descaling
Mill scale is removed from hot rolled bars and wire rod, followed by neutralising and coating, before drawing.
Cold Drawing
Bars are drawn through carbide dies to close size tolerance, bright surface finish and improved strength.
Heat Treatment
Annealing, and hardening & tempering (Q&T) for alloy grades such as EN19 and 4140, as required.
Straightening
Drawn bars and wire are straightened for consistent run-out on lathes and CNC machines.
Cutting & Dispatch
Cut to standard or customer lengths, marked by grade, bundled and dispatched from stock.
