Information we collect
- Business contact details you give us: name, company name, GSTIN, billing and delivery address, phone / WhatsApp number and email.
- Order and account information: enquiries, purchase orders, delivery challans, tax invoices, e-way bills, payments and account statements.
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp, phone, email or the website, including attachments such as purchase orders or drawings.
- Website usage: basic analytics (pages viewed, device and approximate location) collected through Google Analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To quote, process and deliver orders, and to prepare invoices, challans, e-way bills and test certificates.
- To send you transactional documents and updates on WhatsApp, email or SMS: invoices, delivery challans, dispatch details and account statements.
- To keep accounts and meet legal, tax (GST) and audit requirements.
- To answer your enquiries and improve our products, service and website.
We do not send promotional or marketing messages on WhatsApp, and we never sell your information.
WhatsApp business messaging
Our accounts number +91 93212 58833 uses the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) through our service provider YCloud. When you message this number, or when we send you an invoice, challan or statement on it, the message content, your WhatsApp name and number are processed by Meta and YCloud to deliver the message and are recorded in our order-management system. We contact you on WhatsApp only about orders and accounts you have with us. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP or by writing to us.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who help us run the business: WhatsApp / Meta and YCloud (messaging), our accounting and e-way bill / e-invoice service providers, email and hosting providers.
- Transporters, to deliver your goods.
- Government authorities where required by law (for example GST portals for e-invoices and e-way bills).
How long we keep it
Order, invoice and account records are kept for as long as the law requires (generally eight years for tax and company records). Messages and enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted when no longer needed.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections and reputable service providers to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to prevent misuse or loss.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent to WhatsApp messages, or raise a grievance, by writing to pranavbrightbars@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Records we must keep by law cannot be deleted before the legal period ends.
